IT Business Support Analyst

As a preferred and trusted PSL recruitment partner to this international banking group for over seven years, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of a Business Support Analyst to join them on an initial 6-month contract to provide administrative services to a key IT departmental group within their EMEA HQ in London, therefore experience of administration within IT-focused environments is key.
Alongside strong administrative experience as mentioned below, the successful candidate will have excellent accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills (managing large workloads, deadlines, and prioritising work) and will be comfortable taking ownership and full accountability for certain administrative tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced pressured environment is important.
Key Skills / Requirements / Experience
-Experience working in an administrative business support role for an IT Department
-Ownership of Management Information / MI (Collecting, Collating, Presenting)
-Facilitate / Co-Ordinate monthly BCP (Business Continuity Planning) Routines
-Provide Executive Assistant Support (to Departmental Heads / Co-CIOs)
-Maintenance and Administration of Group SharePoint Site
-Conduct Research / Analysis and Produce Reports, Presentations, Briefing Papers
-Booking Travel and Accommodation using online booking tools
-Organisation of Meetings (preparing facilities, agendas, taking minutes / notes)
-Strong MS Office User (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Access) with ability to produce / maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
-Ownership of Admin Related Expense Budget (e.g. for Stationary)
-Maintain Staff Availability Register (and coordinate delegation activities)
-Management of Department Laptop Pool
-Assist with Budget Estimation and Tracking Financial Performance
-Work alongside IT Teams, helping with staff moves, office layout changes, seating plans
