The successful PM will be responsible for project delivery utilising PM best practise (Agile and Waterfall) learnt throughout your successful career to date, combined with the in house Solutions Delivery Framework methodology for the full lifecycle of the project from inception to closure and review.

You will need to:

* Support the strategic GCTO 2020 Transformation Programme to enable Service Lines to transition delivery of their capability from product to service based consumption. To that end, successfully deliver all agreed Service Delivery project milestones as baselined by the SCO Programme quarter by quarter through 2019.

* Provide PM best practice to lead a team of Service Now Developers and ITS? Testers to build and verify SCO programme aligned Services & Capability requirements

*Work in partnership with the Service Capability Transformation Project

*Ensure transparency by providing timely and clear project status across various sub-streams

*Manage the SCO Service Delivery Project "agile" JIRA backlog to drive technical design, build and testing milestones

*Deliver engineered solutions to Service Capability Transformation Project who will lead collaboration with the Service & Capability owners to successfully validate functionality

In this role, you would be working within the structure of a formal Programme of works. As PM, you would be directly responsible for the "agile" JIRA backlog and deliver the technical design, build and testing milestones.

GCTO Change is a global group. The department provides Programme/Project Management and Business Analysis services to GCTO.

The team is truly global in nature and meets on a regular basis to review delivery execution as part of its formal governance and control. All parts of the teams interact well and are comfortable in doing so. There is significant trust within the PM teams, they collaborate well and are deemed to be performing.

The team works typically on a hub and spoke model to a degree. Most services are provided centrally but Program and Project resources may be embedded within N3 organizations to maximize delivery impact.
