Capable of working on own initiative to derive requirements for hybrid electric drive and suspension solutionsCapable of liaising internally and externally to identify solutions to requirements and produce a rational recommendation for the solutionCAD Capable (Solid Works) to produce and communicate concepts and refine these to a Preliminary DesignAble to conduct numerical analysis (by hand calcs or through use of software tools) to assess concepts for suitability and / or size components, MS office (Excel Intermediate). Use of MathCAD and / or Matlab Simulink is beneficial.An appreciation of gear design and bearing selection.An appreciation of vehicle drive train and suspension technologies would be beneficial

What outputs, outcomes and/or deliverables will the resource be accountable for delivering? Internal technical reports, drawings and calculations in support of bids and deliverables.
