Functional Software Developer, Exciting challenge, Innovative AI Start-up, Cambridge. You will be a talented and inquisitive Software Developer with a passion for functional programming, algorithms and building clean, high performance solutions. As a functional Software Developer you will be largely working with Haskell in amongst a diverse team of Machine Learning and Digital Design Engineers.

Key skills for the successful Functional Software Developer:

*Knowledge of Haskell or other functional languages e.g. OCaml, Elm, Scala, F#, ML, ect*Knowledge of writing compilers is highly beneficial*Ability to work independently and as part of a team*Appreciation for Digital Hardware is a bonus*Knowledge of C/C++/Rust, Linux, kernel drivers would be great*Interest in Machine Learning and Python experience is beneficial
