Front End Developer - Exeter - £30,000 - £35,000We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer to join a dynamic and well-established international company, trading for 25 years and currently experiencing rapid expansion in multiple markets. The right candidate will be taking a key role within a small internal team and must be motivated to combine design with programming with a keen eye for design and a passion for great UI/UX.
Responsibilities will include translation of UI/UX design wireframes or creative briefs to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.
You will work closely with our Marketing and IT Manager and Senior Software Developer, bridging the gap between design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASSProficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQueryGood understanding of AngularJSGood understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAXBasic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is preferred.Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them, including experience with cross-browser testing.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.Good understanding (or ample experience ) of ASP.Net Core / MVC
