The role of the Organisational Change Manager is to ensure that all change initiatives in S&AM are understood, that users are prepared to adopt the new ways of working ensuring that business processes, working practices, systems and support structures across the business are adjusted to drive tangible and non-tangible business benefits. Duration: 12 Months Location: London Rate : £500.00 -600.00 per day PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for regional change delivery focusing on the people side of change.
