The role will require a solid mix technical, functional, people and team management.Coexisting in a team of Technical Support Analysts who are tasked with the support over 500+ users in a Microsoft Ideal, your key responsibilities will include all Server configurations 20012/2016, Active Directory, VMware, HP, Nimble Storage and MS Azure and Office 365.You will be required to understand major technical development direction of suppliers within your own sphere of expertise.
