My client is a highly successful digital solutions agency looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated, hands-on, hardworking and energetic new team member to join their office in the Richmond upon Thames area.

Key requirements:

At least 1 years' website development experience

A portfolio with client projects

Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress

Experience with back-end programming frameworks such as Laravel

Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap

Ideally experience with GitHub

Understanding of platform patterns such as Web, iOS, and Android

A willingness to take chances, and question briefs

Eligible to work and live in the UK

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to be able to deal efficiently and patiently with all types of clients

Target driven with experience of working towards hard targets and being measured on these

Exceptional time management and administration skills

Abreast of the latest development trends and techniques and using these to build websites and web apps (with the support of the wider team)

Skilled and experienced in assisting the account management team in putting together solutions for clients

Ensuring all work adheres to current industry best practice

Self-motivated, goal-orientated and able to work in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis

This exciting and challenging role will be a key position within their dynamic in-house development team. Every project includes a set of wireframes/visuals and a Specification signed off by the client.

Through a combination of business acumen and expert knowledge of the market my client helps businesses improve and make the best use of current technology for their individual needs.
