We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Role Outline:The role of the Infrastructure Project Manager is to develop technical network deployment projects/programs with the support of project teams. You will own the end-to-end coordination and execution tracking of tasks of the agreed plans in order to achieve the benefits or changes requested in the approved project scope. Responsible for all effort, cost and timeframe budget generation with related approvals and the engagement of 3rd party service providers required of your projects.Job Scope:Deliver projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality. Defines, documents and manages large to huge scale projects/programs with minimal supervision, working with multiple teams.Effectively manage project team conflicts, build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project.Monitor cost, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.Manage change control gaining agreement for revisions from project stakeholders.Provide effective leadership to the project team Key Responsibilities:Coordinate activities with project teams from High Level Design to implementation to operational assurance.Liaise with 3rd party vendors to ensure project deliverables and timescales are agreed.Liaise with Business and Commercial Operations to ensure efficiency around the commercial governance framework, in addition, ensure accuracy of hardware ordering and deliverability.Liaise with 3rd party colocations and the clients Datacenter Site Operations teams to ensure readiness for deploymentEnsure OSS and BSS configuration management systems are updated as part of any new infrastructure deployed.Ensure transition to service assurance teams.Drive deliverables and dates with respective teams and their dependencies.Manage multiple deployments and priorities.Build repeatable and scalable operating and planning models.High Standards of reporting output in line with departmental standards.Knowledge and Skills:Technical knowledge in servers, operating systems, NAS, SAN, virtualisation and working of Data CenterWAN, LAN and Cloud technologiesGood technical knowledge of Cisco and Juniper networking technologiesKnowledge and relationship with service integration providers and carriersUnderstanding of co-location space diversity in terms of Network and Mechanical and Electrical.Qualifications:PMP Prince 2 Certification or equivalentBachelor's degreeITIL and CCNA with advantageIf you have the above skills please submit your CV in the first instance.
