Project Manager and Work stream Lead

£500p/d Role Responsibilities:

* Workstream lead for HR workstream - own the project plan, risks, issues and ensure on-time delivery.

* SME knowledge of end to end business process, systems and data flows for cost centre data in HR context.

* Functional knowledge of Workday system and HR processes, teams and services.

* Work with cross functional, multilocation teams across Unilever to deliver objectives and agreed scope on time and within budget.

* Engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive the work forwards

* Report into PMO for weekly status updates, monthly steerco presentation for HR work stream.

The role would involve:

* End to End Project Management from Unilever on the HR Data Lake Project.

* Re-scope and prepare end to end project plan for agreed scope and products delivery. Manage risks, issues and business expectations.

* SME knowledge on Data Lake Technology, workday functional knowledge.

* Technical understanding of Data Lake technology and different layers. i.e. Source system and their integrations, UDL, BDL, Cube (PDS) and end products.

* Work within I&A Tech Gate process for products delivery.
