SC Cleared Test Manager

My Government client are currently looking for a Test Manager to join them on a 6 months+ contract.

For this requirement, we will need someone who is highly experienced in agile, using DevOps practices and techniques such as CI/CD. The team are using JIRA and confluence, automation is using the tools such as Cucumber & Selenium Web Driver. Experience of Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes required. This is cloud based environment with AWS and Crown Hosting.

This would be strong Test Manager with the following attributes:

*Strong stakeholder management skills

*Knowledge of automation, performance, OAT and agile delivery

This is a highly visible role which is delivery focused and will include:

*Manage test team members from different test areas including manual, automation, performance and OAT.

*Prioritise testing tasks for the team and manage their progress.

*Communicate with different stakeholders including business analysts, product owners, scrum master, developers, delivery managers, release management and service management.

*Produce test plans and test reports which goes to senior management.

*Lead Test team meetings and any other meetings needed.

*Manage the test coverage and sign off.

*Manage test risk, issues, dependencies, assumptions.

*Contribute to test environment and test data requirements.

*Knowledge of BDD.
