Eastern Europe Regional Marketing Lead

Purpose of the Role
To support the digital transformation of the company and the brand, we are recruiting a creative and entrepreneurial Marketing Associate Manager to join Northern Europe Regional Marketing Hub team.
As a senior member of the Marketing team you will be an analytical and conceptual thinker who will help spearhead regional marketing activity from our Regional Hub and across a number of markets within the Region.
You are responsible for planning, development and management of innovative marketing campaigns to drive awareness of our client solutions and generate quality sales leads for our commercial teams.
You will have strong stakeholder engagement with our commercial, client solutions and sales management teams and work closely with Global Product Managers to align sales activation strategy for the Region.
As a multifaceted Marketeer you have a can do attitude, able to set campaign goals, select channels relevant to the target audience and demonstrate ROI. You will also demonstrate good hands- on experience of digital platforms, event delivery, be analytical and able to deliver client centric deliverables.
Technical skills required
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders and target audiences
Extensive experience of full-mix marketing, in particular managing and executing international campaigns
Good cross-functional networking skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships including colleagues, partners and suppliers
Experience of CRM systems for recording and reporting marketing and sales activities
Experience of using a marketing automation tool (e.g. campaign builds such as email, landing pages)
Experience organizing small to medium events
Copywriting skills for marketing campaigns, collateral, blogs, social posts including editing and proofing
Budget and spend management experience
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
Capable of planning, setting and working to time-based operational targets
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good problem solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of digital and traditional Marketing channels
Typical Education and Work Experience required
Extensive B2B marketing experience on company or agency side, with proven ability to demonstrate ROI
Expertise and experience in execution of integrated marketing campaigns
Experience in various marketing channels with focus on online marketing, email campaigns and events
Excellent English skills
