My client is looking for an expert Digital Analyst, someone who has proven experience in working in a product-centric digital environment, helping to set product vision and producing backlogs of user stories.

Location - Staines

Duration - 6 Months

Rate - £525pd

We're looking for outstanding digital analysts to join one of my clients product teams and help continuously improve their product, acting as the voice of the customer. The teams work using Scrum or Kanban and you'll be expected to work alongside the Product Owner, developers, testers and architects to create a backlog of user stories, drafting acceptance criteria, and helping manage the prioritisation of these. You'll help the team understand these stories and work with them to ensure delivery. You'll help set a product vision, maybe using a Lean canvas, and you'll facilitate team workshops.

And we'll expect you to do more than manage a backlog. We're looking for people who go above and beyond to improve their product team's outcomes, getting involved throughout the delivery to create even better results. We'll expect you to bring in new ideas

The successful candidate will:

*have proven experience in working in a product-centric digital environment, helping to set product vision and producing backlogs of user stories.

*have proven experience working inside agile teams, probably Scrum or Kanban. Holding a CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) qualification will be a huge benefit.

*have proven experience working to lean principles, including helping teams build and understand MVPs through techniques such as User Story Mapping.

*develop appropriately detailed specifications for product increments so that they are clearly understood by the development teams

*possess a strong understanding of end-to-end customer experience

*have experience working with a range of stakeholders at varying levels across the company to ensure successful product releases

*have strong organisation and communication skills

*have experience using BDD to document stories, and better, to help automate testing

*knowledge of modern software delivery practices is a big benefit (e.g. Continuous Integration, BDD, TDD)
