In doing so requires a technically ambitious engineer to join the team.You will be responsible for remote and some onsite 1st and 2nd line support for a diverse customer base, ensuring that all infrastructure is robust and reliable. Key duties and technologies will include; Cisco, Avaya Phone system, VLAN configuration, access control, Firewalls, VPN, Bandwidth management, wireless networks, Server, PC Desktop, PC Software, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2018 R2 - VMWare & Hyper-V, Microsoft Office 365, Apple OSX & Hardware (iPhone, iPad, Mac mini). Training will be offered to the successful candidate.Here is the perfect position for someone looking for a long term progressive career move with a business that will teach you IT infrastructure through on the job experiences and support!The role;* 1st / 2nd line support

*Face to face and remote (Some occasional offsite travel)

*Current CCNA (not essential - Training will be offered)

*Ideally some 1st or 2nd line experience
