Tester wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:Work experience in technical support, IT support, or similar roles coupled with hands on experience of Unix and Linux systems Good understanding and interest in computer systems, TVs, mobile devices and other tech productsTechnical school graduate or proven technical experience as a quality tester, IT technician, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsLanguages: fluent English, both written and spokenYour tasks:Installing and configuring given technical hardware systems and applications, replacing parts if required Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks as well as helping engineering teams prioritise and manage many open issues at one time Following standard procedures for providing hand-off reports of open issues to the internal teams Communicating and documenting knowledge following given templates Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues as well as testing and evaluating new technology, supporting the roll-out of new solutions Start: ASAP
