We are looking for a skilled, logical Windows Operations Analyst, with great interpersonal skills to join our IT team.  

Your role will be to help to deliver Kew's mission by providing a high-quality IT Infrastructure function to users across RBG Kew and to partners and stakeholders across the world.

Working as part of the IT Infrastructure department, within the IT Directorate, the team ensures effective development, operation, administration and maintenance of RGB Kew's computer systems and network, with prime emphasis on providing technical support for Windows server/client environment and Office 365 cloud services within Kew and Wakehurst, including remote assistance as necessary.

You will also provide day-to-day support to End Users across Kew, in line with our established IT incident management, service request management, change management and problem management processes.

You must be a personable and a proactive communicator with a background/passion for IT.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience/knowledge of working within a forward facing Customer Service environment within an IT environment preferably using ITIL principles.

The position involves a high degree of face-to-face client contact as well as collaboration with other teams and departments to provide best in class services.

You will be based at Kew Gardens, however this position will also involve travel to Wakehurst, West Sussex.
