Scrum Master | London | £55,000 (DOE)You will be working for an Enterprise Insurance company who deliver excellent service across a number of their brands throughout the UK. By delivering outstanding customer service to every stakeholder, the business aim to become digital leaders.You will be working as an important part of the digital transformation project. This will be as part of a Scrum Team, alongside a Product Owner, Designer, and Engineers. You'll be the Scrum owner and SME transforming the team by embedding the Scrum (and Kanban) approach and coaching them in embracing and operating Scrum effectively. You'll champion the agile frameworks ensuring that Agile principles are practiced by peers and understood by stakeholders... Easy, right?Now, what do they need from you? Experience in some of the following is desired:Previous development or project management exposureExceptional communicator that enjoys working alongside people and can liaise effectively with every stakeholderExperience of managing a teamStrong decision making skillsFinally, you will need Scrum Master CertificationAs well as an annual salary of £45,000-£55,000, you will receive a great compensation package of your choice.
