It is for this reason they are looking to expand and continue to drive changes by recruiting a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the continuous improvements process across the entire site. Your responsibilities will include coaching other members of staff, championing and improvement culture and reporting on the results of improvement projects. You will also be involved in leading DMAIC projects to tackle ongoing issues.
