Agile Test Analyst
South Leeds
£30000 -£40000 per annum
The role is joining a successful customer communications business who produce solutions for companies like banks, utility and telco business on how they communicate with their customers. It ranges from printing letters/marketing information to email marketing and digital solutions. They have a team of 40 developers and are bringing testing in for the first time as a function. They have a Test Lead joining on contract to create the test environment, and hiring 2 permanent testers to join the team to grow the testing function. Due to this there is a fantastic career progression.
What youll do
* To be involved in the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle
* To drive an automation approach
* To prevent the creation of defects in our software
* To work proactively with the team to instil quality into our products and practices
* To embed modern testing approaches as a part of a whole-team responsibility for quality
* To communicate and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment
* Experience of working in a Agile/Scrum environment
* A cradle-to-grave approach to baking quality in to Software Delivery
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* A proactive, positive can-do attitude
* Well versed in a variety of testing techniques and approaches
* Solution-orientated
It is a permanent role, with a salary ranging between £30-£40K depending on experience. On top of that there are exclusive benefits and perks.
