We are recruiting on behalf of an established telecommunication provider based in Salford Quays to work within their financial and administrative department.We are looking for a professional candidate with experience in Financial Administration to complete a minimum 3 month contract working regular office hours of Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Processes will be carried out using 'Alloc8' software so any knowledge of this would be beneficial but not essential.The successful candidate will;Be competent and fluent in Microsoft Excel, able to produce graphs/Pivot tables and run basic formulaExperience of payment allocationsUnderstands the importance of data accuracyAccounting/business backgroundOrganised and methodicalAbility to meet tight deadlinesFast learner (multiple systems so needs to adapt and pickup quickly)Self-confidence with undertaking customer verbal/written communicationExcel knowledge to a level of pivot table creationBeing good with money would obviously be a useful asset to have.As this is a contract position for an immediate start, only candidates with suitable experience will be considered for the role as there is limited capacity for training and the successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running and able to work on their own initiative.
