Product Owner - Credit Digitalization within the Mortgage & commercial loans sector wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:Profound experience working in an Agile Project Management and Delivery team, ideally in a Product Owner PositionBackground within Financial Services, Banking or FinTech, ideally with knowledge of credit underwritingExtensive knowhow of creating stories and epics with Odyssey (JIRA) as well as of MS PowerPoint and Excel including Pivot Tables, Formulas and V-Look UpPractice in Target Operating Model definition, Business Process re-engineering or Business Workflow implementation is desirableLanguages: fluent English both written and spoken, good command of German is preferableYour tasks:Developing a product vison in collaboration with the existing Product Owner and Stakeholders Defining, writing, prioritising, reviewing and closing Features, Epics and User Stories for agile development Uniting stakeholders and the development team as well as continuously providing feedback for both groups in addition to balancing "building the right thing", "building the thing right", and "building it fast" Engaging with key stakeholders of diverse divisions such as Digitisation, Front Office, Credit Risk, Regulatory, Operations, General Counsel and ComplianceManaging and conceptualising of requirements from a Business perspectiveContributing to program management related activities including status reporting, adoption tracking and preparing of presentations/documents as well as participating in agile procedures including leading, mentoring and planningStart: 05/2019
