£40,000 - £50,000 + Company Bonus + Pension + Benefits + Car

They have grown significantly over the past few years making this a great time to get on board and join the team.This position would suit a Sales and Marketing Manager from either a HVAC / Construction / Technical background.The Role

*Office based with some client visits

*Overseeing the sales team, setting targets and developing the team

*Introductory meeting with new and existing clients

*Developing and Generating Key Accounts (New and Existing)The Person

*Strong Technical understanding

*Sales / Quotation / Tendering experience

*Sales Team management experience
