2nd Line Engineers needed for a well-known leading company in Bristol. This is a 2nd Line Support role so you will be required to be the initial point of contact for technical issues and will require a good knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Active Directory, Office 365 experience remote support and other hardware like printers.You will be working in a medium sized / dynamic team.Key Skills for Service Desk Analyst:Windows 10Office 365Laptop/PC managementTablets, Smartphones, Printers, Scanners SupportMicrosoft Office (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016),Experience working in a large user base environment would be an advantage but is not essential. On top of the above skills and experience you will also need to possess excellent communication skills.
