Android Developer / Mobile Developer Are you an experienced Android Developer who is looking for a new challenge with a company who promotes creative thinking and will give you the autonomy to own projects through to completion? Our client is an SME business with a well established global customer base who operate in a niche sector with their market leading product. This highly innovative business, are quick to embrace change and are looking for a like minded individual to join their IT team. They are now looking for an Android Developer to be responsible for the development of an Android application to be installed on handheld devices that form part of the companies offering. The role will require the successful candidate to work independently on the mobile application whilst liaising closely with the existing developers to ensure it interacts effectively with the database and with the testing team on quality assurance. Essential Experience Android Development C# .NET Xamarin SQL Databases LINQ The position will offer you high levels of autonomy and the opportunity to project manage the development from start to finish. You should also be a confident self-starter, possess highly developed communication skills and have an eagerness to progress. The business is small enough to offer you direct access to the senior team but incredibly dynamic and as such there is a constant stream of development requirements enabling you to continue to learn new technologies as well as taking on additional projects. Desirable experience includes:- WPF, Entity Framework, WCF, Agile Methodology, Azure Devops. Remuneration on this position is circa £30k - £40k depending on current experience and transferable skills.
