Chief Technical Officer / CTO

Salary: £100,000 - £115,000

This high profile Financial Services business based in The City requires a strategic Chief Technical Officer / CTO with the ability to drive change and lead a number of exciting projects. This is an excellent opportunity with a mix of technical and commercial responsibilities that is often missing in similar roles.

Managing a team of eight servicing c200 users in a Citrix environment you will be hands on, but importantly also a visionary, keen to implement the latest in technology and practices to ensure this business continues its rapid growth. Working closely with the Board, you will be influential in deciding the future direction of technology in the organisation and responsible for creating the roadmap to ensure goals are met.

To apply successfully, you will have existing experience of working at a senior level in the IT arena within the Financial Services industry. You will be an energetic influencer able to help shape policy and processes and enjoy the challenge of being a leader in an exciting, growing and collaborative environment.
