Agile Coach
Market Rate (initial 3-6 months)

We are looking for an Agile Coach for one of the world's most prestigious retailers based in London.
The ideal Agile Coach will have extensive experience in Agile delivery as an Agile Coach. You will be advancing the adoption of agile through collaboration across departments and engaging with senior management. Working across complex team structures & organisation levels.
Any experience within retail would also be a distinct advantage.
Key Activities:
*Integrating agile teams/departments within the wider processes of a predominantly non-Agile organisation.
*Encouraging the proliferation of Agile best practices between different teams.
*Mentoring & coaching of Agile teams.
*Overcoming resistance from other areas of the business, as a result of a perceived reduction in control.
*Measuring the results of transitioning to Agile.
Candidate:
*Experienced Agile Coach (5+ years)
*Experience of Agile delivery (8+ years)
*Experience of implementing Agile into a predominantly non-Agile organisation.
*Majors on the cultural change required & has successful track record in achieving cultural change.
*Can demonstrate how they have changed thinking in a non-Agile business, to accept & embrace agile.
*Can demonstrate how they have changed enabling functions to work with agile (e.g. Finance, HR, Change, PMO etc.).
