Project Manager (Product Trial & Test Management)We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager, with experience of trialling and testing new products, to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. We are passionate about training, technology and career development.The RoleTrials Managers are at the heart of delivering new products and services to market with real quality and finesse. You will be working collaboratively with propositions, product, project management, Customer Experience Design and the market facing units to wholly manage the trial plans for each of the new product developments, trialling both the new functionality and the customer and advisor experience. Your work will cover a broad range of projects across all market segments (SME, Corporate and Major & Public Sector)Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and contributing to a virtual team on strategic change projects from the annual investment planDesigning, defining and managing trials projects autonomouslyApplying concepts, procedures and project management theory in practice to sometimes complex trial projects, or smaller parts of larger trial programmesWorking collaboratively with other disciplines, which are relevant to the content of the project e.g. business improvement, customer experience, product and with trials teams in other customer facing units and GroupEvaluating, sometimes complex requirements using multiple sources of information and designing trial strategy, plans, scenarios, risks, issues and trialist recruitment plans.Analysing data using Excel/other spreadsheet/database tools to influence and inform decision makingBuilding appropriate trial plans to ensure successful execution of trials, mindful of trial success criteriaDefine trial entry and exit criteria, management information statistics and underpinning measuresDefine, document and maintain trial/test scenariosDefine and agree trial Terms and Conditions with key stakeholders and sign off with legalManaging trial risks and issues using the appropriate governanceManaging defects using the appropriate governanceManage advertising for all types of trialists, subsequent on-boarding and managementBeing an ambassador for the Enterprise Customer Experience Design & Trials Toolkit and approachBuilding successful relationships and managing key stakeholders up to GM/Director level internally.If managing 3rd parties to have experience of selection, deliverables, timelines and budgets Key Skills & Experience Extensive experience required in applying project management, change, or product development theory into practice in large organisations.Experience of test and trial management is essentialExperience of IT and Networking products is an advantageSignificant Project Management experience, ideally one of the following formal qualifications:PRINCE MethodologyAPMPPractical experience and proven track record of project management from concept through to delivery Interested candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
