Role: Oracle EBS Functional consultantDuration: 3 months daily rateLocation: Dublin, IrelandStart Date: April/May 2019 Your Role:Functional Specification design for projects, process improvements and ad hoc requirements for Oracle eBusiness suite in the core financials modules.Offer technical support to internal users, investigating issues, creating resolutions and working with the technical teams to provide fixes.Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform functional testing.Analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.Recommend system improvements in order to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the Finance Team.Gather requirements, analyse, creates design documents, and performs impact analysis for application changes.Understand and modify Application Configuration as required (includes system setups, flex-fields, workflow builder, custom library, profile options etc.).Create and maintain system documentation.Occasional support of other non-Oracle applications Your Skillset:* 5 years + Oracle Functional experience R12* Oracle core financials; AP (accounts payable), AR (accounts receivable), GL (general ledger), CM (cash management), payments* Demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to engage with the wider user community. Your relationship with stakeholders is key to the success.* Proactive attitude, flexible in working with modules and if works comes in outside of core area that you are able to be enthusiastic and do it.* Ability to work on own initiative and being proactive, management style is hands off and the opposite of micro-management. Desirable* Oracle certification* Oracle EBS tax module, AGIS (Advanced global intercompany system)NOTE: You must be an EU resident or have a valid STAMP 4 for visa to qualify for this role.
