Process/Business Change Consultant - Swindon - 3-6 Month Contract

My client, a leading technology company are looking for 2 Business Change Consultants to join them on a customer site in Swindon on a 3-6 month initial contract assignment. The roles can offer a competitive daily rate and the customer are looking at getting the successful candidates started in May 2019.

Role Background:The successful candidate will be working on a Demand and Capacity project which is focussed on creating a new function for the customer.You will be responsible for developing and implementing a new target operating model for the new function.The function will be tasked with understanding the capacity of existing IT capacity in the context of business and IT demand and acting appropriately.You will also be responsible for supporting client workshops, design processes and oversee the implementation.

Required Skills:Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of Demand or Capacity Management processes.Alternatively experience of defining ITIL processes would be of interest.Prior experience of Target Operating Model design as well as process re-engineering would be beneficial.The client is also interested in speaking with candidates who hold an ITILv3 qualification and experience on business change projects.Candidates should be eligible and willing to undergo a DBS check prior to going on customer site.
