A fast-growing marketing agency based in the centre of Birmingham with easy access via road and public transport is looking for a creative Video Editor to join its team. You will be a key member of the full-service marketing team working within a fun and creative environment while working to tried and tested processes.The company pride themselves on providing customers with fantastic brands with a focus on bringing them more business opportunities and making them more profitable. The company has grown year on year over the last 14 years and can now boast of a team of 11 specialist marketers.
Reporting to the Studio Manager, As the Video Editor you will be responsible for:
The overall management of projects, working across a broad range of exciting productions, creative artwork and animation;Basic filming;Video and audio editing;Animation graphics;Artwork production.
This role would suit someone with editing experience, strong creative genes and experience in many Adobe software platforms.
The successful Video Editor will have the following skills and experience:
Demonstrable audio-visual editing experience in a post-production environment;An in-depth understanding of the moving image process;Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage both clients and projects;Strong working knowledge of software packages including Adobe suit;InDesign, HTML, Photoshop & Illustrator skills would be beneficial;
In return, you will receive a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 pa plus bonuses and an automatic wage review after 12 months.
