The Account Manager is responsible for the entire lifecycle of their own customers from prospecting to continued development and support of existing accounts. The emphasis and focus of this role is to build relationships.
This role will suit a confident and ambitious individual with existing sales / customer service experience who wants the opportunity to shine and grow their B2B consultative selling skills. This is a positive and supportive sales environment with realistic earning potential. The role is a mixture of account management, business development, managing incoming warm leads and attending events.
Sales experience or knowledge is ideal although full training will be given. Ambition and the right trusting personality are the most important attributes along with organisation and attention to detail.
The emphasis and focus of this role is to form relationships with media buyers or HR teams. The Account Manager will then nurture and develop the account to maximise opportunity.
