The GLA Technology Group is looking for a Configuration Manger to lead on the maintenance of all documentation associated with the live IT services. Duties including maintaining the configuration management database and co-ordinating the transition of IT services and their activities into the production live environment.

You will be working within the Cloud Services and Operations Team and joining at an exciting time helping to deliver key organisational priorities including the onboarding of the IT service for the London Legacy Development Corporation, migration of systems and services to the cloud and the roll out of new technology and solutions to support flexible working.

You will be ITIL qualified and have experiencing of working with and maintaining a configuration management database (CMDB) as well as experience of producing documentation. Excellent planning and organising skills are also important and the ability to priortise your workload and plan and organise your own time.
