IC Resources has an opportunity with a client who has a dynamic start-up feel offering a cooperative and inspiring work atmosphere. Based in Berlin with a focus on the design and manufacture of Sensors, wireless network systems and software that when combined drive an entire IOT platform solution. They specialise in products for collision avoidance, safety zones, RTT locations, data analytics for industry's in heath, livestock, manufactures.

An opening for a Project Manager working in an agile environment with 5 yrs + experience with proven success in designing objectives with detailed frameworks for various large portfolios, while coordinating with business stakeholders at C-level and 3rd parties, executing 'fit for purpose' governance, successful transformation and effective business change to work the product owner and team using excellent communication skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating internal and external projects working with engineering teams as well as external outsourcing partners to ensure quality delivery on schedule and within budget. Ensuring smooth handover of projects/products from development to sales and their effective launch. Tracking and communicating progress of schedule, scope, resources and customer satisfaction. Managing and responding to changes in a fast-paced environment while managing stakeholder expectations. Organising the right people, at the right time, to solve the right problems.

RequirementsA relevant bachelor's degree, and or a relevant industry recognised certification in Prince2, Agile Practitioner with 5+ years managing projects in a software technical environment.Demonstrably strong collaboration, time management, communication and interpersonal skills managing multiple cross functional projects across multiple disciplines.Management of PMO documentation and process driven work streamsExperience with a variety of project management tools JIRA, Confluence etc Ability to travel 10-20%. Fluency in English, German is a plus.

DesiredExperience with web services/SaaS.Experience with real time location systems.Experience with wireless (RF) communication systems.
