An international manufacturer of electronic switches & components is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager, ideally based in the eastern region of France, to join their European Sales team. This position would be home/field-based and will allow you to take complete ownership of the relevant region.

The role will cover customers based mainly in France and Germany, however you will also manage a small number of customers within Benelux. They would ideally like the person to be based close to the France & German border, but someone based close to an major airport could be an option although the preference would still be for this person to be located within the Mid-Eastern region of France.

Requirements:Experienced sales person with proven track record relevant to the electronic component marketHigh energy, driven individual that can utilise their own initiative and personality to build/maintain strong, long lasting relationshipsKnowledge of relevant industrial customers would be an advantage with the ability to establish new opportunities within this market where ever possible.Excellent negotiation skills

Responsibilities:Represent the company and build relationships to generate salesInteract directly within the electronic component market place including OEMs and DistributorsSeek out new sales opportunities and build business with customers throughout France & GermanyDevelop new business opportunities as well as maintaining the relationship with existing customers

This role is an opportunity to join a major manufacturer who are currently growing their business globally following great success in recent years. You will be the key sales person within the region and have full ownership of that market. You will be encouraged to meet customers face-to-face and on-site in order to build/develop relationships with customers in your region.
