ShortList Recruitment is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a leading software provider in Mold. This is a perfect position for an outgoing and friendly individual who enjoys working in a vibrant office environment.

The suitable Service Desk Analyst will be required to provide user support and customer service on company-supported applications and platforms, troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. The role will require the Service Desk Analyst to ensure that all requests are performed in a timely manner.

The Service Desk Analyst will have:Good understanding of concepts such as WAN, LAN, Servers, Intranet, TCP/IP, Virtual Desktop InfrastructureWindows 10, Office 365Excellent communication skillsReporting experienceGood diagnostic skillsCommercial experience with SageExperience offering technical support over the phoneITIL experience is a plusA technical mind and ability to pick up new systemsSystems troubleshooting experienceA smart and professional appearanceFull UK driving licenseThe successful Service Desk Analyst will be eligible for a salary of £22,000 and is based in Mold, commutable from Chester, Wrexham, Deeside, Ellesmere Port and Wirral.
