Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients.

Our client is looking for a Unix Engineer / Systems Administrator on an initial 8 month contract basis based in London

The Role:

You will be supporting the Unix Team with target platform builds, inventory builds, OS builds and server configuration, developing new migration strategies and run books, engaging with Unix Engineers and Ops to understand upcoming technology changes and look for ways to enhance the migration factory.

The client also runs 2 migration events per month on Saturdays, so they require candidates that will be willing to work on roughly 3 Saturdays every two months.

Skills Needed:

*Unix Systems Admin.

*Solid infrastructure knowledge

*Servers, storage, networks

*Red Hat Linux 5,6,7.
