Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with New Philanthropy Capital (NPC) to recruit their new Head of Digital Innovation. This is a unique opportunity that spans a broad range of areas and skills to place Digital innovation at the heart of NPC's ambitious strategy to transform the charity sector.

NPC is a fiercely ambitious charity that works as a think tank and consultancy with the aim of improving the impact of the social sector. They are a leader in this field with an international reputation, having pioneered much thinking and many tools around impact-its measurement and its improvement. As a think tank, NPC have a strong public voice, urging the sector and policy makers to rise to the challenges of doing more social good.

This role will be based in the Innovation & Development team but will also be engaged across the organisation, where your expertise will play a key part in embedding Digital across all of their work. You will play an influential role in developing and leading NPC's work on digital technology for social impact, spanning their innovation, think tank and consulting work. With an audience led focus, you will create high profile and innovative programmes that utilise digital to provide better support for more people, providing oversight of design processes, technology development and user experience. In this role you will work to support the charity sector's collective and coordinated adoption of Digital by confidently and credibly communicating NPC's wider thinking and perspectives across key UK and international audiences.

We are looking for an outstanding professional with strong expertise in digital technology, alongside a user centric approach and analytical mind-set. You will have significant experience in a relevant environment (private, public, charity sectors) developing digital technology products or services and have a track record of working in an entrepreneurial and pragmatic way. As a brilliant communicator you will possess good networking and influencing skills and relish convening and developing robust and fruitful partnerships. If you are passionate about the potential of digital technology to drive social impact, obsessed with its need to be developed responsibly and inclusively, and creative about how to identify and develop opportunities to realise its potential, then this role may be for you

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis and it is possible we may appoint before the closing date of 6th May 2019. Please apply early to ensure your CV will be reviewed.
