UI / UX Designer

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating, executing and improving the customer experience across all the clients' customer communications with emphasis on optimising the digital user journey, design and paths to conversion onsite.

This role is based within the Creative Studio team in Group Marketing's Brand & Communications department. The Brand & Communications team is responsible for the origination and execution of consistent, on brand, highly effective customer communications across all media.

Dimensions:

*Reporting to Senior UX Consultant

*Provide Adobe XD wireframes and prototypes for review and development

*Work closely with other digital and UI designers as they create and design assets

*Provide recommendations to better the customer journey online

Key outputs:

*Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers

*Develop Adobe XD wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

*Provide recommendations to better the customer journey online

*Ensure a consistent customer experience through the adherence to and development of Brand Guidelines and UI Pattern Library

*Manage digital activity in a fast paced and demanding environment

*Work closely with Creative Studio team to align offline and online propositions and messaging

Skills/Knowledge:

*Demonstrable UI design skills, with a strong portfolio

*Proficiency in visual design tools, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator

*Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, e.g. XD, Invision

*Proficiency in UX deliverables, e.g. site maps, user flows, personas

*Sound knowledge of online customer journeys, online conversion tactics and best practices
