PMO Lead (Retail - REQUIRED)

We are looking for a PMO Analyst for a prestigious retailer based in London.

YOU MUST HAVE RETAIL (NOT RETAIL BANKING) EXPERIENCE (MIN 2 YEARS) TO BE CONSIDERED.

The ideal PMO Analyst will have solid project management exposure and preferably experience within retail supply chain work streams. You will also need a good appreciation of governance, RAID and plan management and can demonstrate hands on experience of managing RAID across multiple projects and challenging Project Managers in terms of how RAID actions are being managed. The PMO Analyst must be able to provide a consolidated view of RAID status to the Programme Manager.

This role is not a passive 'send me your report' type PMO, it is a hands on PMO who is a peer of the PMs and who plays an active part in the management of the projects.

*Strong analysis and forecasting skills

*Ability to understand strategic project objectives

*Prioritisation skills are essential

*Experience and understanding around resource planning
