This is a new a post, offered as a two year fixed term opportunity to support the delivery of our exciting WorkSmart project. As a Project Manager within Programme, Projects, Customer Feedback, Information & Improvement Service you’ll be at the heart of the change and play a key role in managing this major change initiative aligned to a number of other enabling projects. Therefore we’re looking for a proactive and positive team player, someone with a real passion for improving services to come and be part of our team.

Your role in our journey

As a Project Manager, you’ll provide strong leadership to support the WorkSmart change and improvement programme across our organisation. You’ll effectively manage both behavioural and cultural change to bridge the gap between a host of change projects and programmes to ensure this is embraced across a host of services. Crucially, you will develop close working relationships with key stakeholders to actively facilitate participation and influence work to support the delivery of this programme, whilst demonstrating the positive impact change can have in driving transformation in a planned and seamless way.

What you’ll need

To join us, you’ll need a level 6 qualification, have significant experience of project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects and experience of using project management principles.
