Day rate: £200-£260
2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer - We are actively seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join a Multi-Award-Winning Company in Hertfordshire for an initial 3 months.
The 2/3rd Line Support Engineer will be joining a hardworking desktop support team responding to incidents and aiming to resolve them to a timely manner. As the 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer you need to have a solid background with Office 365, Azure AD, Group Policy and MDT. The 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer will need to have a problem-solving mentality and be able to mentor and coach the 2nd Line Desktop Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to take that next step in your career.
Key skills for the 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer3 years' experience in 2nd Line Support positions.Solid experience with Office 365, Azure AD, Group Policy and MDT.Highly experienced problem-solving skills.Previous experience mentoring and coaching teams.Customer focused.Excellent communication skills are vital.
