Security Analyst / SecOps Engineer - An exciting and unique opportunity to take the lead in a global organisation's IT / Data Security!You will be responsible for overseeing the security of encrypted personal data and take a lead on providing input around the implications on the IT security architecture within projects. The company already have PCI DSS and ISO27001. You need to be aware of the frameworks (at least one of the two, ideally both) and understand what the demands of holding such certifications puts on the business and how to keep compliant and mindful of best security practises.Description :-Playing a lead role in identifying, defining and implementing platform and company security requirements, and working with development and DevOps teams to keep the company systems and data secure and resiliant.Purpose :-To own all security procedures, input in to architecture, documentation and standards compliance, monitoring and intelligence relating to cyber threats. Main Responsibilities :- Protecting end user, customer and business dataKeeping up to date with security issues, vulnerabilities, regulatory/legal changes, and security standards Role Competencies :- Security and monitoring in both cloud (GCP and AWS) and physical hostingIdentity managementData storage/architecture best practicesVulnerability managementIntrusion detectionSecurity testing (manual and automated)Programming skillsApplying/enforcing relevant parts of industry standards like IS27001 and PCI DSSUnderstanding of DevOps and Agile principles If the opportunity sounds of interest and you feel up to the job, please apply today for a quick turnaround!
