Senior Front End / Javascript Developer As a Senior Front-End / Javascript Developer, you'll be developing on an innovative platform and will have the freedom to apply new technologies to developing processes. Every sprint will be different, as the team is constantly upgrading their unique data analytics / big data platform. This will broaden your skills and keep your interest levels high.As the platform continues to grow and improve, the constant innovation causes technical challenges and they trust their employees to have the ability to solve these problems. They are looking for a creative individual to join their exciting development team, which currently consists of around 25, someone who can hit the ground running and lead the evolution and enhancement of their platform. Key Requirements :- Good understanding of JQuery / Javascript React and Redux knowledgeES6HTML/CSS Understanding of testing frameworks, preferably JestExperience with Webpack / other front-end toolingBuilding responsive front-end web-applications with the latest frameworks. Ideal Requirements :- Exposure to big data technologies (i.e. Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark, etc) would be beneficialWorking as part of a small Agile front-end team - breaking down ideas into manageable components, delivering, and continuously improvingUsing the latest agile development practices and tools to make development as efficient as possiblePrototyping and innovating UI concepts for test and feedback from customers.A thought leader, ensuring that the best tools for the job are always being used.If you're interested in the opportunity, please apply today for a quick turnaround!
