Well established start-up within the financial sector is seeking a Ruby Test Engineer to join their team. You'll be the sole QA within the company making this a fantastic opportunity for you to take ownership, progress your career and build a successful team around you as your role develops. As a Software Tester your day to day duties will include; creating test plans, developing and testing the performance of the system, implementing test cases to verify web based security vulnerabilities and converting manual QA scripts to automated scripts.

Requirements:

*Previous experience within a Software Tester role with a good understanding of test cycles, test plans and software releases

*Understanding of a number of different types of testing such as regression, performance, functional and load testing

*Ruby coding skills

*Experience with Selenium WebDriver, JUnit / TestNG, Cucumber, Gherkin, Sauce Labs

*Excellent communication skills
