£25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Pension

Newport, South Wales Are you looking to specialise in supporting business applications, work with like-minded people in a high tech environment, in a company that looks after their staff and invests in training? This is a great opportunity to become an expert in Oracle Enterprise ERP software and improve your all round skills in a busy 1st and 2nd line role. ERP experience is advantageous but training can be provided to the right person. The company are industry leaders in the engineering/manufacturing industry and have an excellent reputation for treating their staff well and investing in training.You will be working with state of the art technology in a team that will support your ongoing development, no two days will be the same as you work with a range of applications. The Role:

- 1st/2nd Line Support for all business applications

- Learn and become expert in Oracle Enterprise ERP system

- Work closely with 3rd Line Support to resolve issues

- Continue your development to progress in your careerThe Person:

- Experienced in an IT Support Technician role and looking to get into Applications Support

- Any experience in Oracle or ERP systems is advantageous but training can be provided
