About you
Do you have extensive Product Lead experience from a fast-paced complex domain? Have you worked with senior partners to shape product development roadmaps that align with strategic goals? Ideally you'll have scheduled air tour operating experience in an environment where product was sourced via technical connections from a variety of globally distributed suppliers, or experience of an equivalent domain for example retail or gaming.
You'll work alongside fellow techies but you'll need to adapt your communication to a non-technical audience. You'll have the ability to tell and sell an engaging story to all levels of the organisation. You'll have experience of performance and scalability testing and operational monitoring and fault diagnosis and a demonstrable understanding of Java constructs and cloud-based architectural principles.
In addition to the technical expertise we'd love you to have a passion for continuous improvement for yourself and the wider team. As an inspirational leader your coaching and line management experience will be from multi-disciplinary teams of technical and non-technical staff and also across 3rd party suppliers. You'll be adept at making difficult decisions in sometimes ambiguous environments.
If you're also a superb communicator, resourceful problem-solver who can work on their own initiative and able to show humility and resilience in challenging times then we'd love to hear from you.
