IT and Computing Service 

LEARNING SPACES TECHNICAL CO-ORDINATOR REF: TC653

£22,017 to £25,482 per annum

You will play a key role supporting staff, students and technology in learning spaces across campus using your skills and knowledge of IT & AV systems to ensure teaching events run smoothly. You will co-ordinate the delivery of the Learning Space Support service, ensuring efficient operation and response to learning space incidents and service requests whilst delivering high levels of customer service.

You will have a good general education, including passes at GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualification and/or significant experience in a directly relevant role), together with comprehensive technical knowledge of IT and AV systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills are also essential.
