Application Architect / Senior .Net Developer (C# .Net Microsoft Dynamics). Would you like to work on a large Greenfield projectt and make a real impact whilst remaining hands-on with the code?

As an Application Architect you will partner with the Solution Architect and other application architects to produce a customisable CRM for the Investment Management side of this global business, with over £100 million under management. You'll operate across the full development lifecycle from capturing requirements, designing and developing new software components, documenting and testing software features. Collaborating with a highly talented you will provide technical and architectural leadership and help recruit and retain top class engineers.

You will be based in Reigate in modern, open plan offices within a five minute walk of the station; there's a smart casual dress code and a good work / life balance.

Requirements:

*Ability to lead the architectural design of a product and manage development activities across a multi-disciplinary team

*Strong C# .Net development experience (will also consider any other OO language e.g. C++, Java, Delphi)

*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / CRM design

*Experience across a the full software development lifecycle including requirements capture, detailed software design, object orientated software implementation, unit level testing, installation and deployment

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
