Do you want to drive cultural change at the UK's largest digital bank?

As a Product Owner you will be part of Group Transformation working within in our Consumer Onbarding Value Stream responsible for shaping initiatives that solve customer problems to transform our account opening experience, playing an integral part in supporting Lloyds Banking Group to become the Best Bank for Customers, Our Programme teams lead and deliver some of the biggest change Programmes across not only Lloyds Banking Group but also across the Financial Services industry.

Consumer Onboarding will give you the opportunity to work in a fun dynamic team who are at the forefront of leading the way for customers & colleagues in transforming & digitising the Lloyds Banking Group Retail Bank across mobile, branch, telephony and internet banking. The transformation culture Consumer Onboarding lives by is to empower its co-located teams to create dynamic environments using agile methodology, including scrum, ultimately providing outstanding customer experiences; and by driving innovative technology solutions that drive iterative change across research, buy and servicing needs to market at pace

And you'll influence positively - demonstrating similar values and behaviours to our Group's and encouraging this in team members

We'll be specifically looking for these skills on your CV:

Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver change

Proven experience in strategic and large transformations

Advanced business insight

Expert knowledge of FX Products, Payments and the broader Markets business

Experience of influencing alignment up and down the organisation - able to explain prioritisation decisions in releases
