The most important is good understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies and concepts, other than that any exposure to Docker or other containerisation software is more than welcome.Regarding Configuration Management Tools they're ideally looking for someone familiar with Puppet, but exposure to Ansible, Chef etc. would be a good benefit.
